Feral Pigeons
Feral Pigeons are pigeons which are not domestic pigeons they are basically wild pigeons. They are very adaptive to urban life but they carry a lot of disease in themselves and their excrement.
They generally use abandoned buildings to nest as they like roof spaces but they have been known to use lofts of properties which have damage to the roof. They are particularly attracted to industrial estates and derelict buildings. Lately pigeons have been known to nest under Solar Panels.
Feral Pigeons are found in flocks, they are active all day and scavenge food from rubbish, gardens, discarded food.
They also leave a lot of excrement around which can be harmful to human health.
